Kal's athletic journey has started from a very young age of 7 learning Shotokan Karate. Fast forward decades later, he was unable to shake the martial arts itch and found the art of Muay Thai. After competing for several years on the amateur circuit he decided to turn his attention to personal training. Pulling from his experience and knowledge from training and competing, Kal focuses on strength and conditioning as well as mobility. From bodyweight to barbell exercises he is able to increase your strength and cardiovascular endurance all while having fun and at the end of the day having you feel great about yourself!

Strength & Conditioning

This type of session is based on functional human movement. You will learn exercises such as the squat, deadlift, press, and a few others to help you build strength and get you through everday life a little easier.

Muay Thai

In this session you will learn the basics of Muay Thai. Learn how to kick, punch, knee, and elbow! Warm up for a couple of rounds with some calisthenics then blow off some steam on the heavy bag. Learn how to defend yourself all while building self confidence and strength!
